- Fishing (Deep sea fishing trips are available. Full or half-day.) Pier fishing is also within walking distance of the hotel.
- Gulfarium (dolphin and seal shows and other sea life)
- Air Armament Museum (10/15 miles from hotel)
- Naval Aviation Museum and lighthouse (day trip to Pensacola Naval Air Station; 50 miles from hotel)
- Fort Pickens National Park located on Santa Rosa Island between Navarre Beach and Pensacola. The fort was built in
1829 to defend Pensacola Bay and its navy yard. The fort was begun in 1829, completed in 1834, and used until the 1940s.

- Sail or motor boat cruises around the harbor and about 10 miles out into the Gulf
